We specialise in designing and developing export packaging solutions, often with added corrosion protection (see VCI Packaging) for the automotive supply chain. Sample export packs are available for you to review.

Specialist packs include tri-wall cardboard or wooden cases and include die cut bases and housings, custom mounted foam and polystyrene inserts that ensure total protection of valuable components and parts.



Returnable Packaging

We design test and supply returnable packaging trays for you; vacuum or pressformed from thermoplastics (including ABS, PVC, High Impact Styrene, polycarbonate, acrylic and many more), Polystyrene and cardboard.

From CAD prototypes, to design and mock-ups to manufacture - we will work with you to produce the correct packaging for your parts. Our focus on quality ensures you receive packaging you can use again and again, reducing all your packaging costs.
