We run 16 extruders manufacturing polythene film on site in Haverhill, which means we are one of the most adaptable, responsive polythene manufacturers in the UK. Our films are converted into polythene bags, supplied as retail rolls or flat-packed. Quality checks are done on site on both our manufacturing and imported products.
We have a vast experience in polythene films and in supplying retail polythene products.
Our factory has in-line polymer flows set-up which take the polythene from our silos, blend it and feed it to the extruders without intervention. This protects the quality of your films. Every product we manufacture is to technical standards agreed up-front with our customers. We’ve operated in this way for many years now; and our proven track record of guaranteed supplies to our customers is testament to this.
We utilise this production expertise with all our Asian partners. Any product we supply not manufactured in our factory is manufactured to the same specification to which we manufacture our films. We lead, guide and regularly audit all our suppliers on site wherever they are in the world, and then on arrival here every product is checked to ensure it conforms to the specifications and instructions we give.
We also give this technical knowledge to our customers. All customers are invited to our site to understand our product and we spend time with our customers understanding what strengths they want for their bags and then we advise what product type, what film type and what material blends we recommend to be used. We will always specify the best blend to fit the end product use requirements.
