Working from production facilities in Germany, and the USA, Ampac Flexibles’ 300 staff produce over two billion pouches each year for leading companies worldwide, using the very latest equipment and materials.
And that production is monitored constantly - via computer aided machinery, regular in-process inspections and QC tests which include:

- internal pressures tests
- drop tests
- automated join tests
- FDA and BGVV-tested foils
DIN EN ISO 9001/2000 certified and HACCP BRC/IOP audited, Ampac has been approved to supply FDA-inspected sectors since the mid-1980s.
The flexible packaging is designed for globally established companies operating in the food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, diagnostics, pet food and consumer care sectors.
