Masking products
Our masking products are used throughout the automotive supply chain to ensure tier one and two suppliers’ parts get to the car companies in perfect shape.
In particular, we elasticate covers that protect brake discs, flywheels and diff locks during transportation. We add drawstring and zips to covers that protect motorbikes from rust. We add pockets to seat and engine covers and we use specialist polythene manufactured in differing colours – allowing total protection and easy line side identification of parts.
By providing solutions that are carefully designed, specified and presented, we can help protect your manufactured parts from scuffing and damage during manufacture, transport and storage - working with engineers, production staff and logistics managers to ensure we develop the right protective part for you.
Drum covers
Anti-static and standard drum covers protect drum contents from contamination and damage. Elasticated, they are simplicity itself to put on and take off.
Masking bags and tubes
Masking bags and tubes protect single parts from damage during manufacture, enabling specific sections of product to be protected during spraying, greasing or painting.
Our bags and tubes are also available in VCI, to add effective protection to the parts that need it.
Seat covers
Our range of specialist elasticated car seat covers are designed to both robustly protect car seats during the manufacturing process and also to be simple to slip onto seats during in-line production.
Custom extruded bags
Available in a range of dimensions to meet your specific requirements – however unusual those requirements might be! – our polythene bags are manufactured to ISO 9000:2001 standards at our own production plant in Haverhill, Suffolk. With 24 hour production, five days a week - and with 35 years’ experience in extruding and converting polythene film – you can be confident: we won't let you down.
